D.C.’s Own Trampero: Set To Release New Single Dec.4th

Washington, D.C. artist Trampero, also known as TheBankRollDon, has been steadily building her voice and identity since she first began writing music in 2018. What started as an outlet soon became a calling, but it wasn’t until 2019 that she found the confidence to begin releasing her work to the world. Those early releases were just the beginning of a journey defined by self-discovery, growth, and relentless development.

By 2023, Trampero hit her stride with the release of her debut album, “1 of 1.” The project showcased her versatility and ability to shift between different moods and vibes, giving listeners a true sense of the range she brings as an artist. It marked a major milestone—her first full body of work—and set the tone for everything she would go on to create.

As she continued composing her own music, her sound became more refined, more intentional, and more personal. That evolution is fully embodied in her upcoming single “1, 2,” dropping December 4th.

Unlike anything she has released before, “1, 2” blends smooth, contemporary rap with an emotional undertone that hits immediately. The song speaks to the experience of yearning for someone you love but holding back—wanting to tap into those feelings, yet still guarded and not quite ready to go all the way. It’s vulnerable, relatable, and delivered with a maturity that highlights just how far she’s come.
