Emerging out of Lake Village, Arkansas, 4Hunna comes home from being incarcerated and gets straight to work. The Arkansas artist releases his new EP “Reinvented,” currently available on all streaming platforms. The 4-track project has no features and is presented by 4 Fingaz Entertainment.
From the opening record, “Back At It Again,” 4Hunna sets the tone. He lets y’all know he’s back home and back at it again, getting 2 it and handling business. He delivers high-level rap over great production while making it clear he’s not wasting any time.
Immediately following is “Prolific,” where 4Hunna shows another side of himself. The melodic record gives the project some versatility and shows he can switch things up without losing his identity.
Track three, “Wrong Way,” is where things get more heartfelt. Throughout the record, 4Hunna reflects on certain things from his past and everything leading up to where he is now. There’s a real sense of reflection in the record that gives the project more depth.
My personal favorite is the outro, “We Turnt.” The melodic notes and high energy make it a standout. 4Hunna has a confident delivery and a distinctive voice that separates him from the pack. He’s a great lyricist and storyteller with a dope cadence and solid wordplay.
“Reinvented” is a short but impactful introduction to 4Hunna’s return. He’s a true homegrown hidden gem out of Lake Village, Arkansas, and definitely an artist to keep your eye on.
