Get familiar with “A.Brims” or simply “Brims”, emerging out of Los Angeles California, Crenshaw District to be exact. Growing up in an environment that lacks opportunity, has high crime rates and temptation to go down the wrong path, Brims grew up dreaming and wanting more like everyone else. Coming from a sports family, Brims spent his time outside doing exactly that, playing baseball. If he wasn’t at a Local park on the field, you could find him at the Local Mall or hanging out at his friends liquor store in Inglewood “Icy Mo’s Mini Mart”. Always having a creative mind to him, brims fell in love with the creative process of making something out of an idea and bringing it to life. Wearing hat’s his whole life, and his pops owning a Hat store, he was really born into the business. All of this playing apart in the Brims you know today, Head of Marketing and Design at “LA’s Hat Heaven”. Although they been putting together new color ways at the shop since they’ve been opened, it wasn’t until Covid hit, when Brims took it to another level and starting to release exclusive collections and designs. Bringing you Collabs with some of your favorite brands, artist and content creators. A few of his favorite collab’s are with Pro Club, TV star “Wattshomiequan”, clothing brand “RWTW$”, and more ! Brims is a true homegrown favorite, putting on for the city and the community. Designing custom hats around LA land marks and monumental moments coming out the city. With a true connection to the game, being able to tell stories through his designs and seeing people love and appreciate his work just as much as he does, keeps him going.
