Get familiar with “Dez Jai” from “High Vibe Tribe”, emerging from Rochester New York. Growing up in a small city with a Big Heart, Dez Jai had a balanced up bringing of great and bad times. Raised by his Grandfather, a veteran and hard working man. Those traits were passed down, Dez grew up with a great work ethic and respected his elders. Growing up around addicts and bad habits, he learned at an early age that every decision we make either brings life or death to your existence. As he grew older, before he started creating music himself we was inspired listening to artist like Michael Jackson, KRS-1, Mobb Deep, Rahsaan Roland, and more. It wasn’t until after high school, when he started free styling and creating music. Started from a home studio with his friend “Kari Malik” where they found their sound and direction. Then branched off going to professional studios, and the rest is history. Everything above playing apart in the sound you hear from him today. Free flow poetry in motion !
