Growing up in South Central Los Angeles, life wasn’t always easy. Surrounded by the realities of drugs and gang violence, the environment shaped the early years of his life. But even in the middle of those challenges, music was always present.
He first started making music at just five years old alongside his siblings, cousins, and his uncle. What began as something done around family quickly became a real passion. From a young age, he was already finding his voice and learning how music could be a way to express himself.
As he got older, his family made the decision to move to Austin, Texas during his high school years. The move was about creating a better path — one that offered stronger education and more opportunities. While the setting changed, his dedication to music stayed the same.
Growing up, he was heavily inspired by some of the biggest names in music. Artists like Michael Jackson, Usher, Ice Cube, Lil Wayne, UGK, Tupac, The Notorious B.I.G., and R. Kelly helped shape the sound and style he would eventually develop. Blending those influences together, his music carries a smooth melodic rap style that balances storytelling with rhythm and emotion.
While building his catalog, he spent much of his time recording between two well-known studios: 5th Street Studios in Austin, Texas and Recordbook Studios in Hollywood, California. These sessions helped sharpen his sound and bring his ideas to life in a professional setting.
Outside of music, much of his childhood was spent playing sports and spending time in the streets of Los Angeles, experiences that continue to influence the perspective behind his lyrics.
In 2024, he took a major step in his career with the release of his debut album, “The Glorious.” The project marked an important milestone and introduced listeners to his evolving sound. His debut single “Paid in Full” gained strong momentum, generating over 1.1 million streams organically, showing that his music was beginning to connect with a growing audience.
Looking ahead, he continues to build on that momentum. His next music video for the single “Hole in One” is set to release on March 26, 2026, followed by a new album titled “The Mack,” scheduled for release in May 2026.
As his journey continues, he also gives credit to the people supporting his movement. Special recognition goes to his label Cold Boyz Entertainment and Palm City Records, by way of DJ St3vo, for helping push the vision forward.
With roots in Los Angeles, growth in Austin, and new music on the way, his story is still being written.
