By day, Richie works as a community health worker for a nonprofit organization, helping people access health care coverage and essential services. That same sense of service carries into his creative life—whether he’s connecting artists, curating stages, or telling stories through music. Balancing life as a present husband and parent, he represents a grounded, purpose-driven artist who leads with heart both on and off the stage.
