Get familiar with “LZA” emerging from Fontana California. Growing up in the Inland empire LZA had a great upbringing. Coming from a city where there is a mix of different cultures and races, he was able to meet people from various walks of life. Spending a lot of his time hanging out with his friends and family and building those bonds. Although he didn’t start rapping till 7th grade, music was always around. Listening to artist like A Tribe Called Quest, Drake, J Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, Kid Cudi, Dom Kennedy, Wiz Khalifa, Curren$y, and more. And it was around 10th grade when he started to take his music more serious. If he wasn’t outside hanging with friends at the Mills, Victoria Gardens, or out to eat, he was recording music at his friends (Chris) garage studio. Where he started to learn his sound and direction he wanted to take with his music. Eventually buying his own equipment to build a in home studio where he currently records himself out of. Everything above playing apart in the sound you hear from him today. LZA creates music that will move you both physically and emotionally. Bringing you a unique style formed by him and his producer “Myles”. Creating a soundscape that contrasts those undertones of darkness with an upbeat tempo and harmonics that bring light to the record.
