Get familiar with “Lioness of Yah” emerging out of Palmdale California but moved around to Corona during high school and eventually ended up in San Bernardino CA, Where she is still currently based out of. Aeriel grew up in a very religious home, where Sundays and Wednesday , were dedicated to church. At this time she then discovered her love and passion for music. After watching the movie jackson 5 American dream her inspiration took off and Michael Jackson became her role model. by the age of 6 Starting off with drums, she taught herself how to play, later playing for her local church. By the age of 12 she began singing on the praise team where she learned and developed her voice. With her older brother being a local rap artist, she then began to spit freestyles with him. At this point she started writing her own lyrics to music. Never giving up her love for drums she was in the jr/high school marching band. While after graduating high school, she then started learning and recording her own music, with influences and mentorship from Fresno rapper B.Wash. They developed the sound we know today with a mixture of R&B, HipHop, & Gospel. Lioness style is eclectic. In search for a new sound with a positive force. “We are here to continue making disciples out all nations, one song at a time”.
