We sat down and asked “InFamous Moon” a few question’s for his fan’s to get a deeper look at his upbringing.
Q: What City Are You From?
InFamous Moon: South Central Los Angeles
Q: When Did You Start Making Music?
InFamous Moon: I began making music in 2020, when I was 16 years old. Recording off my phone in a closet. Going back and forth from my mom’s and pops house, making music with my siblings.
Q: Tell us about your childhood?
InFamous Moon: I grew up in rough cities where you couldn’t go a long time without incidents or gang violence. Luckily our pops and family stayed in our way and in our own motion. However I was a popular kid in my neighborhood and school, so I used that to my advantage and made a name for myself while staying in my own lane.
Q: Where were the local hangout spots growing up?
InFamous Moon: I wasn’t really a fan of big local places to hang out at to be honest. I’ll either be at one of my sisters or brothers houses, or with my homies and my siblings like Symphony, Geno MarMar, Kezy, and Poppa2Kold, we would hang out in the apartment complex.
Q: Where did you first start recording music?
InFamous Moon: I started off recording in my pops closet, off the phone using garage band. Eventually started recording at house studios and once the pandemic hit I got introduced to “Glass House” studios. Currently I record at industry studios like “Studio1920” and “Grove” studios.

Q: If you could explain your sound how would you?
InFamous Moon: My sound is a blend of melodic rap, emotional street rap, and Trap R&B. I’m a calm voiced person but my lyrics are deep and reflective. I tell stories of pain, love, betrayal, growth and loss, especially after losing my sister.
Q: What is your most recent release?
InFamous Moon: My most recent release is “Red Eyez” which is currently on all digital platforms.
Q: Do you have anything coming up?
InFamous Moon: I got a lot in the works from Singles and collabs. The biggest thing coming is my tape I’m almost done working on.
