Boston’s own Fly Rizzy represents a blend of culture, experience, and self-made growth. Raised half Italian and half Dominican, he grew up navigating two worlds that shaped how he sees life—and how he approaches music. That dual perspective shows up in his authenticity, giving his sound a grounded, real-life edge.
Music found him early. Around the age of 7 or 8, Rizzy was already in the studio, sitting in on sessions at his aunt’s spot in Lynn, Massachusetts. Being around local legends like Nawlage and Calapeso at such a young age gave him a front-row seat to the craft. It wasn’t just inspiration—it was hands-on exposure that planted the seed for everything that followed.
Growing up, his influences ranged from Lil Wayne and Soulja Boy to Kevin Gates and Drake. Each brought something different—wordplay, energy, emotion, and versatility—and Rizzy took pieces from all of them while building his own identity. Today, he describes his sound simply: real trap music. No extra labels, no overthinking—just raw, honest expression.
His journey didn’t come without hustle. Places like the Burlington Mall became more than just hangout spots—they were where he first started making a name for himself, rapping in public and learning how to connect with people directly. Those early moments helped sharpen his confidence and presence.
Now, Fly Rizzy is fully hands-on with his craft. Most of his recent music is recorded and mixed by himself, straight from his laptop. That independence allows him to stay true to his vision without compromise, keeping the sound exactly how he wants it.
His latest release, “Son-Son,” continues to build momentum, giving listeners another look into his world and his evolution as an artist. Alongside that, he’s preparing to drop a new EP exclusively on Even.biz, signaling that there’s more on the way.
Rizzy’s journey is also backed by a strong team. He credits his business partner BTB Mike, his artist Oag Kap, and his creative director Churlulu for helping push the vision forward. Together, they’re building something bigger than music—something rooted in consistency, loyalty, and growth.
