Born and raised in Los Angeles, MAD EXOTICS started making music at just 10 years old. After spending nearly 11 years away from music, he recently returned with a renewed passion and a clear vision for the sound he wants to create.
Growing up in Los Angeles, MAD EXOTICS was surrounded by the culture and sounds that helped shape him. His childhood included time around the Nickerson Gardens projects, where many of his early memories were made. He also remembers grabbing food from Hawkins House of Burgers, a local favorite that became part of his upbringing.
His musical influences run deep through West Coast hip-hop. N.W.A, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, 2Pac, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and Eminem all played a role in inspiring him to pick up the mic and create. Those influences helped shape his approach, but MAD EXOTICS has developed a sound of his own — a unique West Coast style that reflects where he comes from.
Most of his recent work has been recorded at RZN Studio in Downtown Los Angeles on Hill Street, giving him a place to continue developing his sound after stepping back from music for so many years.
On August 18, 2026, MAD EXOTICS released his latest album, NOTHN PERSONAL, featuring Bigg Sipp, Da Mystro, and BMOORE. The project marks another step forward in his return to music and gives listeners a closer look at what he’s bringing to the West Coast scene.
Fans should also keep an ear out for his popular track “L.A.” featuring Da Mystro, a record that represents the city and the sound that helped shape MAD EXOTICS from the beginning.
Behind the music, MAD EXOTICS gives credit to the people who continue to stand beside him. He shouts out his brothers Bigg Sipp, Da Mystro, and ReddnDaBuilding, calling them brothers for life. He especially credits Bigg Sipp for constantly motivating him throughout his music journey.
Above everything, his biggest supporters are his wife, Marissa, and his three sons, Isaiah, Damian, and Isaac. Their love and support give MAD EXOTICS even more reason to keep pushing.
