Wattshomiequan Brings Real LA Energy to The Drop: A Snowfall Saga

Wattshomiequan steps into Episode 4 of FX’s The Drop: A Snowfall Saga, released September 29, 2026, joining actress Isidora Goreshter and Grammy-nominated musician and producer Terrace Martin for the latest episode.

Wattshomiequan showed up representing the culture, wearing a vintage 1990 Starter Athletics pinstriped jersey while sharing his perspective on the world surrounding the series.

For Wattshomiequan, being part of a project connected to the legacy of legendary director John Singleton carries real meaning. He spoke about how incredible it feels to be involved in something that honors Singleton’s impact, even designing his hat in Singleton’s memory.

His connection to the era goes back to his childhood. Growing up, Wattshomiequan was surrounded by his father’s collection of music videos and pictures from that time, giving him a firsthand connection to the music, style and culture that helped shape the setting of the show.

That connection became even more real when he got the opportunity to film in places like the Jungles in Baldwin Village. Wattshomiequan spoke about being accepted by the local community liaisons and described the experience as feeling like a “real LA dude on an LA show.”

His own story is rooted in creating something from what he had. During a conversation about artists getting it “out the mud,” Wattshomiequan reflected on his early days as an internet personality. He started filming content with his phone, using shoe boxes to prop it up and playing multiple characters. There were no excuses—just the decision to create and keep going.

That consistency eventually opened the door to an opportunity he had been working toward, landing him on The Drop: A Snowfall Saga.

From creating videos with a phone balanced on shoe boxes to standing on an FX set in the heart of an LA story, Wattshomiequan’s Episode 4 appearance reflects a journey built on creativity, persistence and staying connected to where he comes from.
