Emerging out of Rantoul, Illinois, T-Epps releases his highly anticipated project, “EV4 The Last Chapter,” currently available on all streaming platforms. The 6-track project features no guest appearances and production from HottRoundz, Alexanderr, and Issac James.
The lead singles, “Put It On Me” and “Back To My Old Ways,” immediately set the tone for the project, showcasing T-Epps’ versatility and ability to go from high-level rap to a more melodic sound while keeping his own style intact.
Records three and four, “Falling In Love” and “TNT,” switch the vibe up and are definitely for the ladies. Both records bring a more heartfelt feel, giving listeners something they can vibe to while showing another side of T-Epps.
My personal favorite off the project is the closing record, “In The Way.” The meaning behind the record hits home, touching on those moments when certain things in life can feel like they’re standing in the way.
From the opening records to the closing track, “EV4 The Last Chapter” gives you a solid look at T-Epps’ versatility, emotion, and sound.
