For Karnack Muzik B, music started as more than just sound—it started as a feeling. At just 4 or 5 years old, his father introduced him to Moonwalker starring Michael Jackson. Watching Michael glide across the screen and hit the moonwalk sparked something powerful in him. In that moment, he saw more than entertainment—he saw his future. From then on, he dreamed of performing his own music on big stages.
Raised in Fort Worth, Karnack Muzik B experienced an upbringing filled with change. After his parents divorced following seven years of marriage, he moved frequently with his mother between Fort Worth and Houston. The constant moving brought challenges, but it also helped shape his resilience. Around the age of 8 or 9, he moved in with his father and remained there through high school, giving him more stability during some of his most important years.
Music found him again during those teenage years in an unexpected place—the football locker room. That’s where he first started freestyling. By his own admission, he wasn’t good at first. But talent wasn’t what defined him early on—persistence did. He kept showing up, kept practicing, and kept believing there was something bigger waiting for him.
A major turning point came through his cousin CJ. CJ was heavily involved in street life, but he recognized Karnack’s passion and pushed him to take music seriously. Their time creating together gave Karnack the confidence to move beyond freestyling and begin writing real songs. That support helped turn a dream into a true pursuit.
As his journey continued, Karnack built memories and records with his close circle. Alongside his best friend Big Tex, he became part of PnR (Partnaz N Rhyme), creating music with Teezy Hella Lit, Moon, J Comma’z, and Trel Blaze. Those sessions built brotherhood, sharpened his craft, and created moments he still respects today. Every record and every collaboration became part of the foundation he stands on.
Growing up in Texas also shaped his sound. One of his biggest inspirations is Chamillionaire. Karnack admired everything about his artistry—the delivery, the hooks, the lyrical control, and the way he commanded a track. Seeing another Texas artist operate at such a high level showed him what was possible and fueled his own hunger to master the craft.
Eventually, Karnack realized he had a bigger vision for himself. While he valued the brotherhood around him, he knew he couldn’t allow his creativity to be limited or his dreams delayed. He made the decision to step out on his own and fully commit to becoming the artist he believed he was destined to be. For him, greatness doesn’t wait.
That mindset continues to push him forward. In June 2026, Karnack Muzik B reached a major milestone by performing his first BET Awards Weekend show in Los Angeles—a moment that marked just how far he has come from those locker room freestyles and childhood dreams.
Through every challenge, every move, and every stage of growth, Karnack remains grounded in faith and family. He gives thanks to God first, along with his sisters and brothers, for supporting both him and the gift he has been blessed with.
Karnack Muzik B is moving with purpose, driven by vision, faith, and hunger. His story is still being written, but one thing is clear—he’s coming with something real, and soon the world will know exactly who he is.
