Jay Worthy & George Clinton Put Legacy, Soul, & West Coast Flavor Into “Generation P”

Rap veteran Jay Worthy connects with his LNDN DRGS partner Sean House and legendary funk icon George Clinton for their highly anticipated collaborative album, “Generation P,” currently available on all streaming platforms. The project is an album by Jay Worthy and George Clinton, produced by LNDN DRGS, with artwork brought to you by Haven AQ.

“Generation P” delivers 12 tracks with an impressive lineup of features, including Snoop Dogg, Larry June, Ty Dolla $ign, Kokane, Curren$y, YG, The Game, Ab-Soul, 03 Greedo, Leven Kali, Channel Tres, Terrance Martin, Eyedress, Del The Funky Homosapien, and Aceyalone.

The rollout goes beyond the music, with limited edition tees and collectible cassette tapes adding to the experience.

The album opens with “Holly Wants To Go (Intro),” a 37-second introduction that gives Jay Worthy space to talk his talk in a poetic way before smoothly creeping into the lead single, “Knee Deep.” The record also comes with an official video currently available on YouTube.

Throughout the project, Jay Worthy showcases his lyrical ability over classic West Coast-inspired production. Track 4, “Atomic P,” is another standout that shows the level of creativity and chemistry behind the project.

Track 5, “One Nation,” also has an official video out now, continuing the visual side of the rollout.

My personal favorite record is track 8, “Adolescent.” This one is like soul food to me — calm, smooth, and a vibe you can slide to.

Jay Worthy continues to represent Compton, California at a high level while displaying his originality, authenticity, cadence, wordplay, and overall ability as an artist. “Generation P” is a strong body of work from start to finish, bringing together dope features, solid production, and real cohesiveness.

All in all, this is one of the standout bodies of work to release in 2026. Make sure to tap in with “Generation P” and check out the full project below. Stay connected for more new music coming sooner than later.
