Three years ago, Young Maestro set out with one goal: to help build and elevate independent talent. What started as a vision to develop Raee Money’s career has grown into a label dedicated to artist development, leadership, and creating long-term opportunities.
The label is led by Young Maestro, who serves as CEO, President, Talent Manager, A&R, Marketing Director, and Investor. Supporting the vision is a strong leadership team that includes Andra Harris, Head of A&R, Vice President, and Publicist; Big Ed, Head of Security, A&R Scout, Executive Administrator, Business Partner, and Investor; and Stone, who oversees Legal and Business Affairs.
Today, the label’s roster continues to expand with a talented lineup that includes Young Maestro, Raee Money, Lil Tra, Doughboii, Dee 2, and Buss Down.
The foundation of the label began with a simple conversation. While organizing showcases for independent artists, Big Ed asked Young Maestro a question that would change everything: “Why don’t you have any artists?” Not long after, while judging a local music competition, Young Maestro discovered Raee Money. Out of everyone in the room, her experience, confidence, and potential stood out the most.
From that moment, he believed in her talent. Building her career became the label’s first mission, and together they have continued to grow. Along the way, Raee Money has also helped introduce new talent to the team, playing an important role in identifying artists who fit the label’s vision.
More than a record label, this is a team committed to developing artists, creating opportunities, and investing in the future of independent music. As the roster continues to grow, Young Maestro and his team remain focused on building careers that can leave a lasting impact on the industry.
